95% uptime - we will ensure that any new copier will be up and running on average at least 95% of the time. We will also ensure a 90% first time fix - our engineers will carry the right parts to enable them to fix your machine on their first visit 9 times out of 10 over your contract period.
Photocopier call procedure
A minimum call procedure is carried out at every service visit. This ensures that not only is copy quality checked but the machine is cleaned and all high mortality parts are checked and replaced as necessary, thus ensuring reliability and consistent high performance.
Online machine management
Through KLM's service portal we can provide you with the flexibility of controlling your own service requirements 24 hours a day on line. KLM service allows you to place service calls, order consumables and to supply meter readings and shortly we will have the capability to check the availability of outstanding calls from the convenience of your PC.
14 day exchange guarantee
we want your equipment to meet your expectations. So if within14 days you notify us in writing that you are not completely satisfied, we will credit 100% of your money (excluding any lease settlement) towards the purchase of an KLM product of equal or greater value.
Easy change
Should your needs change, KLM will recognise the need for flexibility by:
- adjusting volumes and renegotiating prices accordingly for the balance of the period to reflect more closely the customers requirements, or
- where relevant, providing the addition of further equipment by varying the price or term of the existing agreement or by making a co-terminus agreement
Comprehensive service
All call outs, parts, consumables, labour and preventative maintenance are included in order to ensure the efficient running of your machine throughout its lifetime. Consumables include black and colour toners (unless agreed to be charged extra) developer, drums, fuser and pressure rollers, feed tyres, etc. All machines parts and consumables are covered by manufacturer’s warranty and is included within our comprehensive cover.
