KLM Digital is delighted to announce that two of its engineers reached the finals of the UK Kyocera Service Trophy competition. Richard Bethney and Phil Myatt reached the final of the competition after scoring among the top five entrants to Kyocera’s online technical questionnaire. Engineers from Kyocera’s servicing dealers across the United Kingdom were all invited to take part.
The top five engineers were then invited to Kyocera’s head office in Reading to complete the final rounds. During the event, the engineers were tested on their knowledge of Kyocera hardware, software and applications, fault finding and also tested in a quick fire buzzer round.
